Serving suggestions

Dripped Yoghurt can be served in many different ways, on its own with some honey or fruit of your choice, as a cream cheese, a savoury dip, rolled in a slice of turkey. Or as a smoothie as shown below. Its a great replacement for DCCC (Dry Curd Cottage Cheese) for those who can't get it in their area. It is also used in many recipes in the Breaking the Vicious Cycle book and the various recipe web sites.

1/ Put a few spoonfuls of dripped yoghurt into a mixing beaker. 2/ Slice some fruit on top. I am using a peach here. Note that you should use a very blunt knife if cutting like this 3/ A little honey to taste, if you have a problem with honey at your stage in the diet saccharine may be used. 4/ Blend using a hand blender (wand blender)
5/ The blended yoghurt, taste and add some more honey to suit your taste 6/ Serve and enjoy 7/ The same but with strawberries 8/ Yum
