Carbohydrate to Fat Ratio of yoghurt

As for the carbohydrate content in the yoghurt made with various types of milk, the carbohydrate content goes up as the fat goes down. Therefore, skim milk or 2% will have more carb when made into yoghurt than homo or half and half yoghurt.

That's the irony of this low fat scam! As the innocent population is told to lower the fat in their diet, automatically the carbohydrates go up which correlates with the growing number of obese. And the "troubled" beauracratic monster keeps wringing its hands about the growing obesity and pleading and getting more research funds from NIH, etc. to find the cure for the growing obesity.
