Cellulose in your supplements is okay and virtually impossible to avoid.
People get confused on this issue, because it *is* an indigestible
fiber and therefore not ideal to ingest. This is why we need to cook
all our fruits and veggies in the beginning - to break it down. But
a tiny amount in a supplement is fine.
