Cider
Note - In the UK “cider” is fermented alcoholic apple juice.
In the U.S. cider is the juice from pressed apples and hard or alcoholic cider refers to it when it is fermented. The cider discussed below is non alcoholic.

Apple Cider is legal. Its that brown stuff that is just straight pressed apples. It is usually pasteurised in order to kill bacteria.

It doesn't matter what you call it...The stuff that has to be refrigerated and is brown, is fresh pressed and legal...anything that isn't refrigerated and brown, is not legal.
