Juices - Why we should dilute them
Elaine writes:
Nature
has incorporated compounds of foods in such ways as they all have an effect
on
each other. For example, pulp in a whole pear eaten as such affects the absorption
of other nutrients such as sugars. It slows the input of sugars the way to which we, as humans, are adapted.
That is one reason I have
you dilute all your juices - the architecture of the plant - the pulp
- has been removed.
