Mixing SCD™ With Other Diets

In response to another list-member who wants to discuss mixing SCD™ with
another diet,

Mark writes:
I say in a soft voice that I disagree. There is already an overwhelming amount of info to deal with when new to the SCD™. I don't have or want to take the time to try to decipher the differences between SCD™ and some other diet. Because of the amount of mail that I receive I do a lot of skimming and I don't want to run the risk of misinterpreting info. When I first joined the list there was someone who was trying to debate a different diet and why something was illegal, in the cross fire of that I began using the 'illegal' and messed my self up for a week or so.
Just my opinion.
