Salt

I love seasalt too but certain parts of the world desperately need a source of iodine so I prioritize and say "use iodized salt." Sea salt does not have iodine naturally because as sea salt is dredged, the iodine SUBLIMATES (goes off in a vapor). Soooo, seasalt should have iodine added.
