Yoghurt Cheese

Yoghurt Cheese is another name for dripped yoghurt. The instructions for
making it can be found in Breaking the Vicious cycle on page 134 - the
Cream Cheese recipe. Dripped yoghurt can be used as a substitute for dry
curd cottage cheese.
