Launch of Grain Free Gourmet


The triumphant launch of Jenny and Jodi's cookbook "Grain Free Gourmet" took place September 28, 2005 in Toronto. The publisher says it's the definitive "yes" in answer to the question, "Does the world need another cookbook?" The cookbook conforms to protocols established in the book "Breaking the Vicious Cycle," by the late Elaine Gottschall
for The Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD). SCD is dedicated to healing gastro-intestinal food disorders and autism. The diet has helped thousands to recover their lives.

"Grain Free Gourmet" is packed with the most delicious recipes from cover to cover and interspersed with invaluable SCD nutrition and food preparation information. Many of the scrumptious appetizers and
desserts were served at the launch. People were amazed to find the delicacies equaled or surpassed conventional food.

The ladies above, accompanied by Fannie DeCaria will be conducting a six week SCD cooking course in Toronto at Loblaws Forest Hill Market weekly, Thursday evenings. Classes commence January 26, 2006 and run through March 2.
