SCD™Info – a Support Group for people with Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn’s Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Diverticulitis, Celiac Disease, and Cystic Fibrosis, as well as malabsorption problems and chronic diarrhea We are a community of people who follow the Specific Carbohydrate Diet™. There are many oldtimers in our Yahoo Group who are both happy and willing to help newcomers to the SCD™ learn the ropes. This permits us to discuss information that is relevant to those who are just starting the diet as well as to those who have been following it successfully for years. You can be sure that you are not alone. And while we cannot replace your doctor's role in any way, discussions regarding all conventional medical approaches are in order.
